Work Experience
1985 - 1990 Becton Dickinson - Quality Control Analyst.
Hired as Quality advisor was promoted to Analyst within 1 year. I developed the first computerized damaged material system. Also developed some SPC studies and worked in Quality management as supervisor when needed.
1990 - 1995 Midwest Rail Inc. - Planner Controller/Quality Manager
As Planner Controller/Quality Manager was responsible for all duties of running the company from Payables to HR and Purchasing. Developed custom software for tracking all responsibilities.
1988 - Present - /\/\icro Connections - Specialized programming and computer trainer and advisor. In /\/\icro Connections I have worked with various types of businesses developing custom designed software to fit their business needs.
Offered residential service to over 300 active residential customers. I have developed in home training service for Windows and internet usage with a step by step handbook. I also provide web site development service. Developed MIS-in-a-Box System for customer site management.

1997 to 2000 - Midwest Rail Inc. - As Controller and Quality advisor I develop the new Quality System passing AREA M-1003 quality standards equivalent to ISO-9001/9002.
2000 to 2006 - Continental Computers - As a programmer I am involved with Prophet 21 setup and Foxpro programming. As Account Executive was responsible for sales and customer relations.
Worked as System Administrator contracted with a law firm and later sales for CCS and
Executrain. Worked as field Technician, when needed.
2007 to 2009 - Margaret Rudd & Associates - As Web Administrator I am responsible for updating the website and Email blast outs. I also am in change of 2 local networks.
I do Help Desk for staff and wireless setups for vacation houses.
