1985 - 1990 Becton Dickinson - Quality Control Analyst.
Hired as Quality advisor was promoted to Analyst within 1 year. I
developed the first computerized damaged material system. Also developed
some SPC studies and worked in Quality management as supervisor when
needed.

As Planner Controller/Quality Manager was responsible for all duties of
running the company from Payables to HR and Purchasing. Developed custom
software for tracking all responsibilities.

Duties Included: Development from Start entire quality system, from Incoming
to outgoing inspection with manuals.
Daily Quality Inspection rounds, First piece inspection machines, reporting quality problems, and damage
material reporting.

1988
- Present - /\/\icro Connections - Specialized programming and computer trainer and
advisor. In /\/\icro Connections I have worked with various types of
businesses developing custom designed software to fit their business
needs.
I currently have a line of custom developed software that I market on a
small scale. I have developed in home training service for Windows and
internet usage with a step by step handbook. I also provide web site
development service roll over services, on main screen of www.microcfw.com
1997 to 2000 - Midwest Rail Inc. - As Controller and Quality advisor I develop the new
Quality System passing AREA M-1003 quality standards equivalent to
ISO-9001/9002.
Duties as Before:
2000 to Present - Continental Computers - As a programmer I am involved with
Prophet 21 setup and Foxpro programming.
As
a account executive I was responsible for sales and customer support.
As Lead Web developer, working now part time contracts for the
company.
