Mission Statement
 

                              Micro Connections for Wilmington, is a commercial and residential computer service company.  The purpose of the MIS-in-a-Box system is to allow our customers
   and the general public to share resources and solutions via our downloads and forum.   By companies sharing solutions and online resources, each customer  will cut down on idle research time
   for solutions.  We can create an online community of Technicians, Web Users, Computer guru's, and just computer users, centered around the forum and site.

                Purpose:

               Residential Clients:

           When you join this forum you will be able to ask questions for quick fixes from other users.   When you come across a quick fix, post it and share with others.
  
                   Commercial Clients:

        Micro Connections FW's (MCFW) MIS-in-a-Box system will allow your IT department to share a common forum and website.   By sharing resources you can reduce cost.
   MCFW MIS-in-a-Box system allows us to be involved with the day to day trouble shooting of your IT Department.   The gives the flexibility to be involved as little or as much as
   you wish.   With remote access and on-site services and consulting, we can work with your IT department in all areas your computer department, from solutions to hardware and
   software consulting.   We can also help implement the MCFW STS Tracking system. This system tracks work orders and P&M's and software licenses, this system with a customized
   operational control manual can standardize your IT department, large or small.

              Computer Service Companies and Technicians:

         Using the MIS-in-a-Box forum and website, we can share solutions and resources to benefit our clients and cut solution research time.   Please feel free to join the forum
    and have your clients share in the resources of all of our efforts.   In this community environment you will have a searchable database for your solutions and the solutions of others.
    When you find a solution, post it to the forum for your future reference.   Feel free to use the Technical Downloads for easy downloading of common utility programs.
     In today's competitive market members of this site can create a non competitive community to make your billable time more efficient.   Open this forum to your clients as a
     free resource.    By us having consolidated resources, we will all be able to service our clients more with a new level of service.

                Web Users and General Public:

        Our forum and website is open to the general public for free.   When you join our forum you can seek solutions from our resources and add resources of your own.
     This effort will benefit all of us.
